Lerumo Bowel Clean Mixture with Cape Aloe, Magnesium Sulphate and Moringa is formulated to help empty the bowels.

Cape Aloe, Aloe ferox, is translated from the Latin word fierce which refers to the fierce spiky leaves. A hard resinous product which is extracted, dried and ground to a powder to be used to relieve constipation.
